Setting custom spending categories is a good way to organize your expenses
Go to Settings -> Category Management
You can review your list of categories here. If your employees started spending already Haslle will create some default categories using AI.
If you want your expenses going to some specific categories, click Add Category, check if your desired category is already within the list available, if not click Add New Category.
Once your done, click Save Changes.
Remember, if you delete a category with some payments being categorized there, those payments will stay in that old category. Deleting categories, applies only to future payments.
